main purpose to Kuala Selangor is for Documentary, but also must enjoy marh, right? ya, we did enjoyed, especially the seafood =) alot of experienced we gone through together as a team.
1st day-Friday
we were on our way already, it was at Ijok then. for whoever are not sure where is Ijok, is actually quite gempak during last year's news, regarding the election thing wan. we have to pass by there to get in K.Sel, depends on which route we use. there was road block, ok. the incident begin. 1st cop looked through the window, and then he asked amin for IC & Driver's License, after checking he asked why so many people in one car (6of us in a myvi), we explained that we are student going to K.Sel for assignment, we only have one car, he said okay and "pandu baik-baik yer", amin:"yea encik".
right then when amin accelerated, there came another cop, least older than the 2nd cop asked us to stop, go aside. okay...approached us and asked the same question like the 1st cop did. but this 2nd cop is so mean, amin has to get down from the car and settle. they even crossed the road to the opposite booth. there were another 2 cops, they are inspector, sitting. the cop the brought amin over talked talked beside the car instead of the booth. then the 2 insp came and asked what happened, when amin speak something, the insp asked where is he from, amin replied his from N.Sembilan, then insp "pak cik pun orang N.Sembilan, tau tak kereta adik pakai dah lebih muatan? tak leh tau. tak pe la, pandu baik la."
that's how they settled. for all we know at the beginning, the 2nd cop really wants duit kopi, he thought that we are dumb, he said 150bucks for summon, we were so curious, speed trap is only 300 the max, this is just a small case, wtf.
we stayed in a apartment, a spacious and damn cheap apartment - Pantai Indah Resort.
3 rooms, 2 rooms with double bed, one is with the dressing table + a closet, 1 room with air-cond another just wall fan, 2 toilets. whole wide palm oil plantation orchard when you walk out to the balcony, and is possible to see the beach on the right. u can imagine the mother nature environment surrounding you =) ookay, the price per night is actually 100bucks, cheap right.
after our check-in and wash up, is already 8pm. the plan of watching FireFlies were that night, so we headed there. you have to rent a boat, 40bucks, not per head. we have 6person, so 40/3, each 13+. i manage to hold a fire fly through out my whole journey, according to the pak cik sampan, the one which is brighter is a male while the least bright is female. male fire fly twinkle 3times a second but female twinkle once per second. a reminder to you, there's NO WAY that you can capture the fireflies with your camera, what power shot, close up, how awesome or powerful your camera is, you are not able to capture it. the only person that can apture up to now is the prince of don't know what sultan, because he uses multiple equipment. according to pak cik sampan la. the best time to watch fire flies is during 8.30pm - 9pm. and during the month of July and August.
we had our seafood fiesta only at 11pm after the long hour journey from Kampung Kuantan to Pantai Remis. i halal food because amin and nad malay mer, 3 consecutive days halal food, was a challenge for me =P but the food was cheap larh.
