Above title its what i can thought of. That, you know how rusty my brain it is now :)
A little updates of what had happened during my absent.
I would say life has been pretty much rainbow to me, but still there are always cloudy moments. Just so you know, i'm on a contract basis as a CSO (Customer Service Operator) for Astro. Saying this, initially, my feelings and emotions have all jumbled up. It's like a stepping stairs for me, stepping every what is need or not in this career life.
I met the most patient ever trainer in my life, Mr. KC Liew. I guess my life will have a mass transformation if I learn how to live a life full with joy and plus GIGGLES, just the least from him its more than sufficient already. He is one piece of happy-go-lucky, i sense no temper in him at all.
Well, I'm glad to be the really odd one during my 5days training at KJ(Kelana Jaya), odd as in out of 40trainees, i'm the one and only Chinese in the midst of them, excluding the trainer of course. Traveling from 1st station which is Ampang Star LRT, transit at Masjid Jamek Putra LRT, to last station at KJ was a real hassle one. Everyday is just looking forward for the time i'll be on the floor aswering calls and assisting the Astro customer.
What spice up the entire schedule at KJ was, during one particular break 5, i somehow walked over to have a word or two with Mr. Liew, he curiously asked me why i took up this job, and claimed:"this job is not suitable for us chinese one larh.." And then, he continue saying that, "Astro is heiring Schedular, his my friend, maybe i can help you to ask for it. You study mass comm right? Know chinese right? I think it suites you better, salary is much more higher..."
I sent my resume via email on that particular night after training, 4 attempts were all failed. I decided to text Mr.Liew a message, verifying the details he gave me. He asked me to send to his mail box instead, and will help me to forward it to his colleague. The next day, he text me message, claiming that he had already called his colleague and tell him that i'm his niece and would like to apply for that position mentioned, my eye were like oh gosh... my mind just can't stop thinking WHY??! Well, i was too restless to think about it anyway, if that job is meant to be mine, just let it be. What made me happy and nervous at the same time was he ask who is my TL(Team Leader) so that he can ask he/she to look after me. 0_0" i got extra stunt when he said so, cuz it's like they will be eying on you that you can't do this or you should do this. You get me.?. It makes me feel so uneasy tho, but, then again, he is just being a good Samaritan which would like to help me.
i have this though that i will work for at least a month, then i'll leave. But the people at Astro advice me to tolerate for the 3 months, so if i perform well, Astro would perhaps absorb me as permanent employee, but i will prefer out of call centre. And another person i would like to talk about. He is my PIC(Person In Charge) my team doesn't have TL, so he is assigned to be our PIC. We are very very grateful to have him. His patient level is on par with Mr. Liew. Both very patient and thought us very superbly well. This person i'm praising is Badrul, we call him Bad. Very stylish but simple hearted guy. Good looking though he always look sleepy, yawning and rubbing eye are his habit. I'm starting to fall for him already larh, but still, i can only admire him ^^ No doubt girls will fall for him, he is very responsible, a shepherd who always take good care of his sheeps, what's more with his look right? I will get his picture to be posted up k, *giggle* It's funny listening to the female colleagues talking about him, and i over heard their conversation that Bad has a Chinese gf, oo... :) But i still love my bunny anyway!
Oh yea, did i mentioned that my office is actually base at KL? Heard of CapSquare? Located at nearby Dang Wangi St. It's a newly built something alike Berjaya Times Square, get the picture? It has TGV, Coffee Bean, Starbucks ... :) The ground floor is few times much captivating comparing Times Square, with it's colorful lightings and guess what, the song that aired every night makes you wanna dance babeh! Bargroove! It's true ok... :D Say maybe you could drop by any of the nights there to experience it, and probably you can fetch me home? Haha... Well, Heritage Road is just approximately 3mins walking distance from here, Maison is calling you :D
Currently i have 2 shifts which is 8am-5pm and 3pm-12am. All the employees will be sent back to our doorstep if we're working night shift by our fellow taxi drivers. Every night, there will be at least 20 cabs waiting, get your name tick and check which taxi you are being allocated. 4pax per cab.
Petrol price increased it's like a boom to the consumer. So peeps, you would have to be a little smoother on the cash pedal :)
Life has been good despite the working shift, how bout you?
p/s: my fellow trainees would like to have Mr. Liew's contact number, but he openly claimed that he only give to his permanent staff. I kept silence, cuz he gave me personally. Muahaha... And he text me a message yesterday that he wanna treat me Jap food, good ain't he? Or he is up for something? Hahahaha... Can't be bothered much anyway, got free JAP FOOD wey!
Till then.
