Time vs Money

If you have the time, you have the money. (For me)

So yea, if you know already, I'm a tutor. Do I earn good bucks? Ya, I do =) I guess its more than enough for me for my current status.

Ever since Jin's Academy, the Korean centre failed me, as in they have lack of students and their time table doesn't match my availability, I officially forego the chance to be a teacher there. In fact, private tuition serves me good even though I do miss my students back there. But I treat this as a stepping stone for me to enlarge my capability in handling private tuition.

Now, I'm not only handling 1 student, but 2 more! And I'm excited about it! All 3 students are from private schools, and that strikes you doesn't it? Ya, affordable parents!

My 1st student, 2 more months its gonna be my second year tutoring him. He's a student from Confucian Private School F3, father owns the Mobil (ELF) Lubricant Company, mum acts like a secretary to the dad. Consider a okay family. Good thing is, he is just staying 2 gates away from my house =)

2nd student, a church member's daughter. She's a princess to her parents, you'll love her life living in such fantasy world, her name is Tiffany, even her name makes me think that she is very expansive, HA! Ya, she's a student from Stella Maris, if you know that private school. Her dad provides renting service for sound system, projector, anything that you need for an event for sound and lightings. Been in this sector for the pass 10 over years, experienced, and you should be smart enough to figure out his income :) She's staying just within my housing area :D

3rd student, his the youngest among all my students, and his family is the richest among the 3 of them I would say. A former Little Lighthouse Kindergarten student, now pursuing his academic at ISKL (International School of Kuala Lumpur), he's only 5! Initially I was curious about his parents' decision on sending him to ISKL, I thought they want their child to have the most luxurious or the best, but after few meet up sessions, I finally understand the motive. The parents want to send him to the States after grade 12, but, I believe he can do so even during his high school. Well, rich family, less consideration. And it applies to the tuition fee as well, the mum liase with me all the time, and she doesn't have any 2nd thoughts on the fee I proposed, she just confirmed me after 2 text messages without any bargain =) This little chipmunk is born with mix parentage, Japanese father and a Sibu mum, that made him Yamashita Teruki. He stays quite a distance away from my house though, almost to the city. They are staying at a condominium, quite prestige for a condo. Tight security, clean appearance. If you're a visitor, you must use the lift specially cater for visitors, before you can reach the lift, you gotta go through a 7ft tall grill gate first, with the help of the security guard using his access card. Each unit has its own lift, means you need not get out from your unit.

p/s : the tuition fees are being sorted out as such, the easiest the more expansive

:)
