Indeed I see improvement in my student's English exam, which, is a good sign :) He is leveling his standards and I'm very very delighted over his mid-term exam. We did a discussion on the paper awhile ago, an estimation of 63% is what he is expecting for the end result, cross fingers he will get 1 or 2 marks more than expected.
With this, I'm going to reward him little stuffs, which i've to figure out what to get him. Just a token of encouragement so that he can push his limit beyond what he can pour out. And as a tutor, I'm very encouraged by his effort and I think I'm doing well, I will reward myself 1 finger clap! gee... =D
Anything in mind that you can thought off as a reward for "Best Improvement"? Your idea will be berry berry much appreciated :D
